• CLI metadata when you have opted in to telemetry

Data is stored using Supabase with encryption at rest and in transit. All data is stored in the United States.

5. Third-Party Services

• Supabase — database and authentication
• Cloudflare Pages — website hosting
• npm — package distribution

We do not use ad networks, tracking pixels, or behavioral analytics services.

6. Data Retention

• Email and contact information is retained until you request deletion
• CLI telemetry data is retained for up to 12 months

7. Your Rights

• Unsubscribe from communications at any time
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Skip data collection entirely by not creating an account

8. Children's Privacy

Halo is a developer tool and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the website or email.
